About Emma

Having worked in fast-paced corporate environments myself, I understand the pressure, pace and expectations many professionals face. After experiencing burnout and navigating chronic illness, I learned first-hand the importance of creating a sustainable approach to wellbeing — one that supports performance without compromising health.

Today, I deliver practical workplace wellbeing sessions, workshops and programmes that combine mindfulness, nervous system regulation, movement and sustainable habits — all designed to support long-term employee wellbeing in real working environments. My approach is integrated and flexible, drawing on multiple modalities to meet the needs of each team rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.
