My Story
I’ve spent time working in in fast-paced corporate environments myself, so I understand the pressure that comes with them. The pace, the expectations, the sense that there’s always more to do and never quite enough time to
do it well.
After experiencing burnout and navigating a period of chronic illness, I came to understand in a very direct way what happens when sustainable wellbeing is treated as optional. It isn’t. It’s the foundation that everything else – performance, creativity, connection – is built on. That experience shaped the way I work and it’s why I focus on tools that are realistic and practices that last.
My Values & Beliefs
Practical Over Perfect
Wellbeing tools should work in real working lives, not just in ideal conditions. Everything I share is grounded, realistic and designed to be used on an ordinary day, not saved for when there’s more time.
Sustainable Practices
Lasting wellbeing comes from small, consistent habits. My approach is built around what’s achievable for busy professionals and their teams.
Integrated & Individual
No two teams are the same. I draw on mindfulness, breathwork, movement, nervous system regulation, nutrition guidance and Reiki and bring together whatever’s most relevant for each team and each session.
My Approach
My work draws on a range of evidence informed practices – mindfulness and meditation, breathwork and nervous system regulation, movement and mobility, core and posture support, everyday nutrition for energy, and Reiki relaxation. Sessions are
designed to be mixed and matched, so each team gets the combination that genuinely serves them.
Sessions are calm, grounded and accessible. Chair-based options are available for all movement work, and there’s never any pressure to participate beyond what feels comfortable. Just practical support, delivered with honesty and care, in a way that works for people who are already busy.
